IEA Economic Fellow Julian Jessop has been quoted in The Express praising the breakthrough between the UK and EU on the flow of goods between Great Britain, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland.

Julian said:

“Opponents of Brexit will seize any opportunity to keep the whole of the UK closely aligned with EU rules. But the new proposals at least deserve a chance.”
