Mark Littlewood writes for Conservative Home
In Conservative Home’s round-up of various think tanks’ responses to the latest budget, Mark Littlewood, Director-General of the IEA, has provided his thoughts.
Mark argues that while some positives emerged from this Autumn’s budget, such as cuts to Universal Credit and alcohol duties, without “meaningful tax cuts and deregulation…our post-Covid recovery will be rather more sluggish than the OBR’s upbeat numbers would indicate”.
