In an her fortnightly column for Conservative Home, IEA Head of Media Emily Carver attacked the “litany of shambolic policy failures north of the border” under the SNP’s watch.

Emily focused on the Scottish government’s failed minimum unit pricing policy for alcohol which has failed to reduce alcohol consumption amongst problem drinkers.
