As the dust begins the settle on an explosive reaction to the IEA’s recent paper, ‘Viral Myths: why we risk learning the wrong lessons form the pandemic‘, Telegraph Columnist Tom Harris calls for politicians to accept the need for NHS reform.
Citing Dr Kristian Niemietz’s research, Harris said: “Proposals for reform of the NHS and evidence-based criticism of the way it operates… need to be assessed with a broad mind and an acceptance that even an institution as revered as the NHS can never be perfect”.
