The Daily Telegraph has quoted the IEA in their piece illustrating the stubborn nature of high UK house prices with the UK suffering from severe supply constraints.

The Daily Telegraph quoted:

The UK became an outlier due to its undersupply of homes, with a four and a half fold increase in average house prices between 1970 and 2016, according to the Institute for Economic Affairs. “No other OECD country’s experience has even come close.”
