“Over the years, governments of all colours have sought to relieve the burden of bureaucracy on the country, but ask any business owner and they’ll tell you that the tide of regulation has not been stemmed“, says the IEA’s head of regulatory affairs Victoria Hewson.

Writing for the Daily Telegraph, Victoria argues that “escaping the dead hand of Brussels will count for little if we don’t tackle the amount of red tape generated here in Britain.”
