IEA Head of Lifestyle Economics Christopher Snowdon’s analysis of the impact of the sugar tax has been referenced in a letter to City AM.
The letter said:
“The IEA’s Christopher Snowdon, among others, has comprehensively debunked the claim that the sugar tax meaningfully reduced sugar intake. All it did was make drinks more expensive (and worse).”
