Victoria Hewson, IEA Head of Regulatory Affairs, has published new research on the damaging effects of regulatory barriers to trade. This research has been welcomed by the newly appointed Minister for Brexit Opportunities, Jacob Rees-Mogg MP.

Jacob stated that “Anyone who believes in free trade will welcome this report. Non-tariff barriers are the delight of protectionists and should be removed wherever possible.”

Victoria’s new paper, ‘Changing the rules: A unilateral approach to non-tariff barriers’, can be read here.
