In the Telegraph, Mark Littlewood, Director General of the IEA, has set out his policy recommendations to transform Boris Johnson’s public perception.

Mark argues that by forging a clear free market agenda and becoming “serious about discipline on state spending”, Johnson may be seen to have a “clear sense of direction for the country”, instead of having “limped from one emergency to the next”.
