IEA Head of Political Economy Kristian Niemietz has spoken to NTD on Britain’s attitude towards the NHS and NHS reform.
Kristian explained:
“If you asked even the biggest NHS defender are you really saying that this is the only system which guarantees access to rich and poor alike I don’t think anyone would say yes I do believe that because if you put it like that it is obviously not true but we debate the NHS as if we believe that, as if it were true.”
