Responding to Rishi Sunak’s ‘mini-budget’, the IEA’s Economics Fellow Julian Jessop argued that while the Chancellor’s Eat Out to Help Out scheme may be “a gimmick too far”, “it is at least market-led, in that consumers will decide which businesses benefit.”
