Responding to the news Oxfam has defined ‘whiteness’ as “the overarching preservation of power and domination for the benefit of white people” in a staff survey on racial justice, IEA Head of Cultural Affairs, Marc Glendening, slammed the charity for being racist.

Marc’s comment was reported in the Daily Mail, in which he said the blanket classification of white staff was, “reminiscent of the fascistic identity politics of the 1930s“.
