Writing his bi-weekly column for The Times, the IEA’s Director General Mark Littlewood argues that while we shouldn’t be reckless, we should embrace new technologies and the opportunities they gives us.

Mark argued: “History teaches us that there are many examples where you can be too careful. An innovative and enterprising country therefore needs to shift the dial towards embracing more risks and taking a more sceptical approach to those who see downsides in new technologies, rather than opportunities“.
