The Chartered Institute for Taxation has listed the policy positions of think tanks on tax issues ahead of the party conference season. The Institute cited IEA research ’20 taxes to scrap’, and IEA Editorial & Research Fellow Professor Len Shackleton’s argument that National Insurance should be merged with income tax.
