Matthew Lesh comments for the Daily Mail
Matthew Lesh, IEA Head of Public Policy, has commented for the Daily Mail on alternative ways of funding the NHS, that do not include a 1.25% increase in national insurance.
Matthew argued that if the increase in government spending was capped at 3.5%, “you would pay for the cost of scrapping the national insurance increase while still boosting departmental spending substantially”.
