Wales Online previews the coming Budget, with the Chancellor rumoured to be considering various tax hikes, but Julian Jessop, independent economist and Economics Fellow at the Institute of Economic Affairs made the case against immediate rises.

Julian is quoted in the piece saying “Once the brakes are taken off, the economy is likely to bounce back quickly.”
