IEA Head of Political Economy Kristian Niemietz has been quoted in The Sunday Express discussing new polling which shows that 57 per cent of people rank NHS care quality as low or moderate with only 11 per cent ranking it ‘very high’.

The article said:

“Dr Kristian Niemietz of the Institute of Economic Affairs said this result would have ‘been unimaginable just a few years ago,’ saying it is ‘patently obvious that the NHS falls behind many other European healthcare systems’.”
