Mark Littlewood, IEA Director General, has commented in the Daily Mail on the measures outlined in Rishi Sunak’s cost of living statement.

Commenting on the introduction of a windfall tax on North Sea oil and gas companies, Mark argued that this represents a “policy victory for Labour” and added that the Conservatives’ instinctive reaction has become “to respond to virtually any problem by increasing taxes.”
