The second national lockdown measures announced by the Prime Minister will “lead to higher unemployment and set the recovery back by many months” says Professor Len Shackleton, IEA Editorial and Research Fellow.
Len’s comments were reported by the Daily Mail as economists predict up to 3 million will be unemployed in 2021.
