“Rent controls have never worked anywhere” says the IEA’s Head of Political Economy Dr Kristian Niemietz, responding to the London mayor’s stance on rent controls.

Quoted on the front page of City AM, Kristian argued: “If Sadiq Khan had any interest in solving London’s housing crisis, he would focus on the supply side.”
