Matthew Lesh, IEA Head of Public Policy, has commented in The Telegraph on recent government interventions preventing the redevelopment of London commercial properties.

Matthew posited that such interventions are “a false economy” and asserted: “I don’t think it’s a great idea to stop developers. We shouldn’t be stuck in the past.”

“The message it sends to investors is: Why should they even bother?”
