IEA Head of Public Policy Matthew Lesh has appeared on GB News to discuss the NHS’ ongoing emergency care crisis.
Matthew said:
“Every winter, there is an NHS crisis, this is not normal, this is not universal, not every country manages to have a healthcare system that struggles under strong pressure every single winter.
“This does seem to speak to a fundamental problem in the NHS, which is that it’s a highly monopolistic, highly bureaucratic, one-size-fits-all system,”
