IEA Research quoted in Times Malta
Times Malta has quoted IEA’s publication, Did Lockdowns Work? in their article covering the detrimental impacts of excessive lockdown measures.
Times Malta wrote:
“The average lockdown in Europe and the United States in the spring of 2020 only reduced COVID-19 mortality by 3.2 per cent.
“That translates to 6,000 deaths avoided in the whole of Europe and 4,000 in the entire US. Compare that with the 400,000 UK deaths predicted by Ferguson.
“That colossal policy failure in 2020 was compounded by the imposition of vaccination from early 2021.“
