Research by IEA Editorial Director Kristian Niemietz has been referenced in The Herald as Scotland’s housing crisis (like that across the whole UK) continues to worsen.

The article said:

“According to the Institute of Economic Affairs, average house prices have more than quadrupled in real terms since the 1970s – more than any other OECD country.”
