An Alternative View of History

The way history is taught is deeply flawed.

Though we all know what happened in 1066, or 1215, there are numerous different historical dates that have shaped history far more – such as the development of shipping containers and birth control – than famous dates most people recognise.

What’s more, we far put too much emphasis on politics and statism in our teaching of history – rather than on trade, innovation and entrepreneurship.
