Christopher Snowdon writes for Spiked

In an article for Spiked, IEA Head of Lifestyle Economics Christopher Snowdon has suggested misinformation about vaping products is peddling “needless fear about this life-saving technology” and preventing people from quitting smoking.

Although the UK has done much to dispel baseless claims vaping is worse than smoking, the EU has failed to discourage misinformation by “piling petty regulation on the e-cigarette industry in 2016 with its Tobacco Products Directive”.
