IEA Chief Operating Officer and Energy Analyst Andy Mayer has appeared on GB News to discuss the possibility of lower energy bills this year.
Andy said:
“[Support is there] for those who are really struggling or have had some massive adverse situation happen in their lives.
“For the rest of us, we should be paying the full cost of energy and the reason for that is if we don’t, the government is subsidising energy use and that’s the worst possible thing to do when energy prices are so high.”
