Victoria Hewson quoted in the i Newspaper
New research by IEA Head of Regulatory Affairs Victoria Hewson has been reported by the i Newspaper. The research paper has called the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) “unfit for purpose” after Victoria’s report uncovered chronic failures within the regulator.
The FOS has failed to deliver it’s primary objectives, including providing “fair and reasonable resolution of disputes at speed”. Victoria suggests major reform of the FOS is needed.
