Writing for CapX, Emma argues that “we cannot endlessly suppress Covid – especially when lockdowns have such catastrophic effects”. Instead she argues we should implement policies that allow socialising and working life to continue as much as possible, while taking reasonable precautions to slow the virus until treatments and vaccines improve.
