Professor Len Shackleton, IEA Editorial and Research Fellow, has been quoted in The Telegraph on changing working habits.

Addressing the increasing numbers in employees who are keen to get back to the office as recession dooms, Len says:

“If workers feel they may lose jobs, presenteeism may increase.

“There may also be pressure on work-from-home employees to work harder and increase productivity as pressures grow on businesses.”
