Former Kansas State Senator Chris Steineger will give an insight into the Trump administration and its impact on EU-US relations. Join us for this discussion with the senior politicians from both sides of the Atlantic.

Former Senator Chris Steineger
Former Kansas State Senator Chris Steineger, was elected for four terms between 1996 and 2012. He served for 14 years as a Democrat and in 2010 switched to the Republican Party. He has experience at all three levels of American government, including staffing for a U.S. Congressman in Washington, in the City Manager’s office in Kansas City, and with the Kansas State Department of Revenue. Former Senator Steineger is retired from politics and is now a guest lecturer for Universities, Embassies, and NGOs across the world.
Christofer Fjellner MEP
Christofer Fjellner is a Swedish Member of the European Parliament, representing the Moderate Party in the EPP since 2004. He is an expert on trade policy and has been a senior member of the Committee on International Trade focusing on issues such as TTIP. Before entering European politics, Mr Fjellner was the Chairman of the Moderate Youth.
