The State of the Economy Conference

The IEA’s annual State of the Economy conference will take place on 27 February 2013. There is an excellent line up of speakers including:

Charlie Bean (Deputy Governor of the Bank of England);

Jim O’Neill (Chairman of Goldman Sachs Asset Management);

Roger Bootle (Managing Director of Capital Economics);

Ludger Schuknecht (Director General of the German Ministry of Finance);

Chris Leslie MP (Shadow Financial Secretary to the Treasury);

Stephen King (Chief Economist of HSBC); and many others.

A whole range of topics relevant to economic growth in the UK, the euro zone and the wider international economic issues will be discussed.
