This event is being jointly hosted by the IEA and Tom Harris MP. Dr Richard Wellings, Head of Transport at the IEA will present his research on HS2. Other speakers will include Tom Harris MP and Quentin Maxwell Jackson of CentreForum, with others to be confirmed.

This will be an opportunity to discuss whether HS2 represents good value for money for taxpayers or whether the budget would be better invested in alternative projects.
