The IEA Book Club will be hosting Ryan Bourne for a private webinar on his forthcoming book, ‘Economics In One Virus: An Introduction to Economic Reasoning Through Covid-19’, which will be taking place on Monday 8^th February from 18:00 – 19:00 GMT. Chairing this discussion with be Dr Stephen Davies, IEA Head of Education, and was the keynote speaker for the IEA’s 2020 Annual Hayek Lecture, “The World After the Pandemic”.

 

Ryan occupies the R. Evan Scharf Chair for the Public Understanding of Economics at the Cato Institute in Washington D.C. Prior to that, he was the Head of Public Policy at the IEA, and former Head of Research at the Centre for Policy Studies.
