Professor Len Shackleton, Editorial and Research Fellow at the IEA, has been quoted in The Times on the latest ONS labour market statistics.

Giving a forecast on the type of recession Britain could potentially experience by the end of this year, Len says:

The hope must be that an imminent downturn in the economy will be a relatively job-rich recession, unlike recessions of the past.”
