IEA Communications Officer & Linda Whetstone Scholar Reem Ibrahim has been quoted in The Daily Telegraph criticising government plans to outlaw disposable vapes on the basis that it is disproportionate to the problem of under-18s vaping (which is already illegal).

Reem said:

“Banning a product for everyone, just because it is sometimes consumed by people who are already banned from buying it, is an incredibly poor basis for legislation.”
