The excesses of #MeToo have inadvertently set workplace relations backwards

In the light of the conviction of Harvey Weinstein, the City A.M. debate column asks: ‘Has the #MeToo movement had a meaningful positive impact on women in the workplace?’

Emily Carver, the IEA’s Media Manager, takes the “No” side, arguing that ‘instead of improving gender relations’, the campaign in its extremities has led to ‘over-regulation of behaviour’.
