The Institute of Fiscal Studies has released a report advocating for controversial reforms that would increase the tax burden on self-employed workers across the UK.

Reacting to the news in the Telegraph, Professor Len Shackleton, Editorial and Research Fellow at the IEA, said:  “Our eventual recovery will need many people to create work for themselves rather than relying on big business or the government to generate new employee jobs.”
