IEA Head of Lifestyle Economics Christopher Snowdon has been quoted in The Times discussing reports that the government may ban sweet vape juices and colourful e-cigarettes for fear of them being marketed towards children.

Christopher commented:

“Millions of smokers have quit thanks to vaping, and youth smoking rates are exceptionally low. These achievements should not be taken for granted. Excessive meddling in the vape market risks going backwards.”
