Matthew Lesh quoted in The Telegraph

Matthew Lesh, IEA Head of Public Policy, has been quoted in The Telegraph on doctors calling for a 30 per cent pay rise over the next five years, far surpassing the 11 per cent figure that inflation is expected to hit this year.
