IEA research referenced in Tech Monitor
The foreword to Digital Overload, a research paper co-published by the IEA and International Center for Law & Economics’ (ICLE), and co-authored by IEA Director of Public Policy and Communications Matthew Lesh, has been referenced in a Tech Monitor piece discussing the role and powers of the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
The article said:
“Former Justice Secretary Sir Robert Buckland MP wrote in an Institute of Economic Affairs paper that the CMA is being given ‘free rein to make unchallengeable decisions that affect large swathes of the economy’.”
