Tom Harris was appointed as a Trustee of the IEA in March 2023. He is an investment trusts stockbroker at Jefferies. He holds a BA (Hons) in Politics from Nottingham University. He began his career as a stockjobber at Pinchin Denny and Morgan Grenfell. After university, he joined British Steel in the international steel trading division in London, South Wales, and Mumbai before returning to the City to specialize in investment trusts. He is a trustee of Civitas and a Senior Fellow of the University of Buckingham.
