At 11pm on 29th March next year, Theresa May has vowed the UK will quit Europe. This week, Shanker Singham head of the IEA’s new International Trade and Competition Unit, will participate in a debate organised by Prospect Magazine – examining whether Britain is adequately prepared for this departure.

The debate will take place on 29 March, where Prospect editor Tom Clark and an expert panel will discuss the myriad challenges facing the economy, the constitution and the society of a country that is on the verge of making a great leap.
