In Conversation with Lord Moore of Etchingham

On Tuesday 9th March, from 18:00 – 19:00 GMT, the Institute of Economic Affairs is delighted to host a discussion with renowned journalist and author, Lord Moore of Etchingham, for the latest episode of our In Conversation series with senior figures across public life. IEA Director General Mark Littlewood will chair the discussion.

Charles Moore is best known as the authorised biographer to Lady Margaret Thatcher, having authored three extensive biographical volumes on the former Prime Minister. Charles is currently a columnist at The Daily Telegraph. He was editor of The Spectator from 1984 – 1990, of The Sunday Telegraph from 1992 – 1995, and of The Daily Telegraph from 1995 – 2003. Charles was also a former Chairman of Trustees at Policy Exchange from 2005 – 2011. On the 31st July 2020, Charles was given a peerage and made a member of the House of Lords as Rt Hon Lord Moore of Etchingham.
