    I am working on a research paper on interesting ways to fund art. I tried the link that you posted but it appears it’s no longer valid. Anyway, during my research, I have come across many interesting ways to fund art. I will let you know when I publish my paper. There is also an interesting article on the art.gov website regarding ways that the United States as a country funds art, I will link it below if you want to check it out.
