Ruth Kelly is a former Labour Member of Parliament, serving as an MP for Bolton West from 1997 – 2010. She has served as the Secretary of State for Transport, Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, Minister for Women and Equality, and Secretary of State for Education and Skills, serving under both Gordon Brown and Tony Blair.

THINK 2021 was held on Saturday 12th June where a collection of world leading economists and thinkers from all over the globe came together and gave talks, held discussions and hosted Q and As. The conference was kindly supported by Vernon Hill II.
