Has COVID killed the office?

Work From Home Day (17th May), aims to promote modern smarter working practices such as agile flexible remote and mobile working as well as working from home. It’s certainly a day that has taken on increasing significance during the pandemic. Recently it was reported that ministers are pushing for flexible working to become the default unless employers have good reason not to allow it. Officials have reportedly formed an advisory group from business associations, charities, and trade unions to help draw up employment guidance for flexible working. Are they on the right track? Has COVID kill the office?
