Northern Ireland First Minister Arlene Foster expressed her anger at the NI Protocol and its effect on trade at an IEA In Conversation event hosted by Director General Mark Littlewood.

The DUP leader told Mark that: “At the beginning of January we had lorries which were having real difficulties coming back into Northern Ireland, we had extra costs put on by Great Britain businesses selling to Northern Ireland, some of them have actually stopped sending goods to Northern Ireland…”

Her comments were reported in the Belfast Telegraph.
