Our new report ‘Rules Britannia’ by the IEA’s head of regulatory affairs Victoria Hewson was featured in the Sunday Telegraph.

The paper warns that regulations are being judged on their “intentions” rather than their results, and that the rule of law risks being “undermined” by “weak mechanisms” to hold regulators to account.
