Chris outlines the best – and worst – countries for nanny statism, with most of the changes coming as a result of countries adopting tougher restrictions on smoking, vaping, drinking, and sugary or fatty foods.
The UK has slipped from second place to fourth, but only because a flurry of anti-vaping and anti-alcohol activity in Estonia and Lithuania has led to those countries jumping up the table.
